How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS). The email will include a direct link to track your shipment. If you don't receive your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@norajamestoronto.com.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing Time: 1–3 business days (most orders ship within 24 hours)
Delivery Time:
- Toronto & GTA: 2–5 business days (standard shipping)
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days (standard shipping)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require an additional business day for processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier volume.
How long will It take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Products must be in the same condition as received (normal handling expected)
- Health and beauty products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns at this time.

How do I make a Return?
To initiate a return, please email us at support@norajamestoronto.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Your full name
- Your shipping address
We'll review your request within 7 business days and provide you with a return authorization and the correct return address.
Important: Do not send returns to the original sender's address. Wait for our confirmation email with proper instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

How Should I wash my Bottoms or Topwear?
Proper care helps your clothing last longer and maintain its quality. Here are our general care guidelines:
Bottoms (Pants, Jeans, Skirts)
- Machine wash cold (30°C or below) with similar colors
- Turn inside out before washing to protect the fabric
- Use mild detergent, avoid bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang to air dry for best results
- Iron on low heat if needed, inside out
Topwear (Shirts, Blouses, Sweaters)
- Machine wash cold or hand wash for delicate items
- Use a gentle cycle for knits and delicate fabrics
- Lay flat to dry for sweaters to maintain shape
- Hang to dry for shirts and blouses
- Iron or steam as needed according to fabric type
Special Fabrics
- Silk & Delicates: Hand wash or dry clean only
- Wool: Use wool-safe detergent, lay flat to dry
- Denim: Wash inside out in cold water, hang dry to prevent shrinkage

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects, including:

- Material flaws or tears (not from normal wear)

What's Covered
- Replacement of the defective item (subject to availability)
- Full refund if replacement is not available

Express Shipping is available at checkout:

- Express shipping rates are calculated based on your location and package weight
Note: Express shipping only affects transit time. Processing time (1–3 business days) remains the same.
